Clone Hero v1.0 Release Date Announcement!
We have some exciting news to share. On November 29th, 2022, we’ll be releasing Clone Hero V1!
With it comes an original setlist of 17 brand new fully charted songs exclusive to Clone Hero, as well as incredible new features and quality of life improvements!
What’s new?
Since V0.23 we’ve added in Drums and Pro Drums as playable instruments! Time to dust off your controllers, get your groove on, and give these songs a go either offline or along with your friends, hassle free on the all new worldwide public servers!
Some more additions to be excited about include:
- Versus Mode
- Brutal Mode
- New modifiers such as Precision Mode, Strumless HOPO’s, Dropless Sustains, and others!
- Improved in-game visual effects such as Hit Flames and StarPower
- More highway customization such as video highways and length adjustment
- In-game calibration tool
- In-game song path manager
- Vastly improved song-scanning
- Support for color profiles
We’ve spent the past years developing, listening to you, and making this our dream game. We’re proud that this version of Clone Hero is the one to finally leave the Alpha title behind!
V1 marks the beginning of a new era in this community. This release will mark the end of standalone Clone Hero releases, so we can focus all our development time into our next game, StrikeLine. After the release, Clone Hero will go into LTS, and only hotfixes for critical bugs will be released.
